А латвийский «Дед Мороз» обзавелся помощниками – не Снегуркой и не эльфами, а гномами.
Впрочем эстонский Йыулувана тоже имеет своих гномов и вообще мало, чем отличается от финского «коллеги» Йоулупукки.
Кстати, всех «Сант» и «Дедов Морозов» объединяет одна легенда. Так, прообразом Санта Крауса в католической традиции является Святой Николай, в русской (православной) – Николай Чудотворец.
